How to Book Horley Scout Camp
Bookings for Horley Scout Campsite can be made either sending an email to bookings@horleyscoutcamp.org or through the online portal
If sending by email please detail the following:
- Group name
- Adult in charge, with email and mobile number
- What the camp is for
- Number attending
- Day or overnight visit
- any activities required
Cost will be confirmed upon receipt of the booking email with availability.

Please complete the registration, these details will be used for all aspects of correspondence.
Please then select a resource.
Evening use is for site visits Monday to Thursday and per section (max. of 3 bookings per evening) Overnight, select a site and building if required
For evening use on Friday, select an overnight area.
Finally if you require archery or shooting, select the day and time.
A booking confirmation will be sent to you within 7 days of request.
Please book at least four weeks before the dates required. Due to the site being run by volunteers, a request will be made for site activity instructors if required and there may be maintenance works needing to be completed during week nights and weekends.
Only at this point you receive the booking confirmation is your request in the system, it will detail the items booked, times and cost for item booked.

Please note the site is open to Non-Scouting Organisations, bookings are subject to review and confirmation of your organization.
** Maximum site capacity 850 for sole use and shared weekend 500 including adults and helpers. This restriction is due to car parking capacity and facilities being used.
** Shooting has minimum age of 8 years to take part in the activity and completed section 21 form provided to the instructor before taking part
