  • Beavers Scrap Heap Challenge 2015

    ScrapHeap Challenge 2015 Saturday 10h October 2pm 4.30pm. Tackley Village Hall, Tackley, Nr Bicester. OX5 3AH 1.Each colony may enter up to two teams consisting of three Beaver Scouts 7 years and above. The cost is 5.00 per team. This will include a drink and biscuits. 2.The Beaver Scouts must attend in full uniform. They will need a painting shirt or tea shirt to cover their uniform or change into. 3.The challenge will be that each team must make a junk model based on a story, which they are told. After listening to the story teams will have 10 minutes to plan what they are going to make. One hour to make model and 15 minutes to clear up. They will be expected to tell the other teams about their model and why they made it. 4.Most materials and equipment to make the model will be provided but we would like the colonies to provide scissors and pens, also collect lots of junk modelling items to bring as well. 5.The winner of the competition will be the team who...
