Please complete the registration, these details will be used for all aspects of correspondence.

HOW TO BOOK - using the system

Check date required and select show for items to book

If the item is not available and already booked, it will show in red.

To complete the booking select MY BOOKINGS

To start to booking - Add to booking form

Please first select a resource, either Evening use or Overnight

                 Evening use is for site visits Monday to Thursday per section

                 Overnight, select a CAMPING AREA and building if required

Select date range:

For one night select two days, two nights three days and Evening use one day.

The items that are available will show

In the Add optional notes: detail the group name, number of nights and approximate number attending.

This will generate the approximate costs and help us manage the numbers on site during your visit.

Finally if you require archery or shooting, select the day and time.

Sessions are 1 hour and 12 participants

Activity times - Monday to Friday Evening from 6pm finishing latest 9pm

Activity times - Weekend earliest 9am finishing latest 6pm

Anything outside of these times you will need to email bookings@horleyscoutcamp.org

The booking will show as requested

When the booking has been processed you will receive and email confirmation, this will detail the costs and items booked. The booking confirmation is not the final invoice, this will be raised after your visit with the actual numbers attending.

Please note that the items booked are subject to change and the final area will be noted on the notice board in the carpark.
